Many of you knew him for his iconic white hair, signature ponytail and black sunglasses that complemented his every look. Born in Hamburg, Germany; never truly revealing his birthday, it's been reported that he was born on September 10, 1933. Being born as Karl Otto Lagerfeldt, he later on removed the "t" at the end of his last name in order to make it more "commercialized" quite early on in his career.
